  • organization / club
  • user role and access rights

Event and Results Data

  • tournament and league information
  • team names and related data
  • match and results data

Payment Data

  • transaction details (excluding card details)
  • payment amounts and timestamps

Personal data is primarily collected:

  • directly from the user during registration
  • from data entered by the user while using the Service

  • payment service providers (e.g. Stripe) for processing payments
  • technical service providers (e.g. hosting and analytics services)

SportApp’s core functionalities and results service data are processed and stored within the EU and EEA.

When using third-party services (such as payment providers), personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, an adequate level of data protection is ensured in accordance with EU data protection legislation, for example by using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • the user account is active
  • it is necessary for providing the Service

Unnecessary data is regularly deleted.
